1. Overview

This website and the Timvorian online store are operated by WANLIN TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. Throughout these Terms, “Timvorian,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to WANLIN TECHNOLOGY LIMITED operating under the Timvorian brand.

By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies incorporated into them. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility and Account Information

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account, billing, payment, shipping, telephone, and email information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account.

3. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, dimensions, colors, materials, images, prices, and availability accurately. Colors and appearance may vary depending on lighting, photography, screens, and device settings. Minor measurement tolerances and normal material or manufacturing variations may also occur.

Please review product dimensions and confirm that the product and its packaging can fit through the intended entrance, hallway, elevator, stairway, delivery route, and final placement area before ordering. A product not fitting the intended space or delivery route is considered a return for a personal reason.

Products, prices, and availability may be changed or discontinued without notice. Product availability is subject to actual inventory.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after we confirm it and successfully process or authorize payment.

We may decline or cancel an order because of inventory availability, pricing or product-information errors, delivery restrictions, suspected fraud, payment problems, or another legitimate reason.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

5. Order Cancellations and Changes

You may request an order cancellation, shipping address change, or other order change within 24 hours after placing the order by contacting support@timvorian.com. Please include your order number and the requested change.

A cancellation or order change is not effective until it has been confirmed in writing by Timvorian. Once fulfillment or shipment has begun, we may be unable to cancel or change the order. If the order has already shipped, our Returns & Refunds Policy will apply.

6. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website or at checkout. Applicable taxes will be calculated when required.

Eligible addresses within our shipping area receive free standard shipping as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. Available payment methods are the methods displayed at checkout. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Timvorian currently ships only to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States (the 48 adjoining states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or destinations outside the contiguous United States.

Orders are fulfilled from an appropriate United States warehouse based on the product, actual inventory availability, and delivery destination. The fulfillment warehouse may vary by product and order.

Order Processing

After an order is placed and payment is successfully completed, the order is reviewed, allocated to an appropriate United States warehouse, and prepared for carrier pickup.

Orders are normally processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are generally delivered within approximately 7–10 business days after the order is placed. This estimate includes the normal 1–2 business-day order-processing period.

Business days exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays.

Some large or oversized products may require delivery coordination or an appointment. Please ensure that the telephone number and email address provided with your order are accurate.

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Severe weather, carrier service disruptions, capacity constraints, peak-season demand, U.S. public holidays, address or delivery-access issues, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery progress.

If updated delivery information becomes available, we will share it with you as soon as reasonably possible.

8. Returns and Refunds

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery. All returns require prior authorization and must be sent only to the designated United States warehouse address provided for the specific product and order.

For an eligible personal-reason return, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

For a confirmed manufacturing defect, delivery damage, missing part, or incorrect product, Timvorian will cover the approved costs associated with the agreed resolution. Depending on the circumstances, the approved resolution may include replacement parts, a replacement product, authorized return instructions, or a refund.

If a return is required and the returned product passes inspection, Timvorian will initiate the approved refund to the original payment method within 1 business day after the inspection is completed.

After the refund is initiated, Shopify, the customer’s bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional processing time. Depending on the payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account.

9. One-Year Limited Warranty

All new products purchased directly through timvorian.com are covered by a one-year limited warranty beginning on the date the product is delivered.

The warranty covers confirmed defects in materials or workmanship arising during normal residential or household use.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, improper assembly or disassembly, unauthorized modification, transportation arranged independently by the customer, or damage caused by failure to follow the supplied assembly, use, cleaning, or care instructions.

To submit a warranty claim, contact support@timvorian.com with your order number and clear photographs or videos showing the issue. After evaluation, we will explain the available approved remedy.

This warranty does not exclude or limit any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law. Complete warranty terms are available in our One-Year Limited Warranty.

10. Acceptable Use

You may use the website only for lawful personal purposes. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, collect other users’ personal information, impersonate another person, submit false information, infringe intellectual property rights, or use the services for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable law have been violated.

11. Intellectual Property

The Timvorian name, website design, original text, product images, graphics, videos, logos, and other original website content are owned by or licensed to WANLIN TECHNOLOGY LIMITED and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, publish, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission from the applicable rights holder.

12. Third-Party Services and Shopify

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to offer our products and services. Purchases are made directly from Timvorian, not Shopify.

The website may contain links or services provided by third parties. We are not responsible for third-party websites, content, or services, and your use of them may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

13. Privacy

Our collection, processing, use, retention, and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

Because our store is hosted by Shopify, relevant information may also be processed by Shopify and the service providers used to operate the store, process payments, fulfill orders, provide customer support, and maintain website functionality.

14. Feedback and Reviews

If you submit a review, rating, photograph, video, suggestion, or other content directly to Timvorian, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate and lawful.

We may process and display submitted content on the Timvorian website and product pages for the purpose of operating, supporting, and improving our services.

We will not use a customer’s personal information, photograph, image, likeness, review, testimonial, or other submitted content in separate paid advertisements, social media advertisements, marketing campaigns, or other promotional materials without that customer’s prior express consent, as further described in our Privacy Policy.

15. Errors and Corrections

We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate product information, pricing errors, availability errors, or omissions.

If a material correction affects an order, we will contact you and, where appropriate, offer cancellation or a refund.

16. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Except for our express product warranty and rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that website access will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

17. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, labor disputes, government action, public emergencies, or failures of communications and transportation networks.

18. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

A failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

The courts of Hong Kong will have non-exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page.

Material changes will apply from the stated effective date and will not retroactively reduce rights relating to an order already accepted.
