One-Year Limited Warranty

This One-Year Limited Warranty is provided by WANLIN TECHNOLOGY LIMITED under the Timvorian brand.

It applies to all new products purchased directly through timvorian.com and delivered within Timvorian's shipping area in the contiguous United States.

Products purchased through another retailer or marketplace are subject to the warranty or after-sales process provided by the original place of purchase.

Warranty Period

Timvorian products are covered by a one-year limited warranty beginning on the date the product is delivered.

A warranty claim must be submitted within this one-year period. Warranty registration is not required, but reasonable proof of purchase is required when submitting a claim.

What This Warranty Covers

This limited warranty covers confirmed defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal residential or household use within the warranty period.

Examples of issues that may qualify for warranty service include:

  • Structural or functional failure caused by a manufacturing defect.
  • Hardware, mechanisms, electrical components, or product parts that fail because of a confirmed manufacturing defect.
  • Other material or workmanship defects confirmed by Timvorian after evaluation.

Delivery damage, missing parts or packages, and incorrect products are handled through Timvorian's approved after-sales process rather than this limited warranty. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy for additional information.

Warranty Remedies

If Timvorian confirms that an issue is covered by this limited warranty, we will provide an appropriate approved remedy without charging the customer a warranty processing fee.

Depending on the nature of the issue, product condition, part availability, and other relevant circumstances, the approved remedy may include:

  • Providing replacement parts.
  • Providing replacement hardware or components.
  • Arranging a replacement product.
  • Authorizing a return and refund when replacement parts or a replacement product are not an appropriate resolution.

Timvorian will cover shipping costs that we approve and arrange as part of a confirmed warranty remedy.

Please do not independently arrange repairs, replacement parts, disposal, return shipping, assembly services, or other paid services without written approval from Timvorian. Costs incurred without prior written approval may not be reimbursed.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear resulting from ordinary use.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or improper care.
  • Damage caused by incorrect assembly, disassembly, installation, relocation, or storage.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications.
  • Damage caused by failure to follow the product's assembly, use, cleaning, or care instructions.
  • Damage caused during transportation arranged independently by the customer.
  • Scratches, stains, dents, burns, water damage, pet damage, or other accidental damage occurring after delivery.
  • Products used primarily for commercial, rental, institutional, hospitality, or other non-household purposes.
  • Normal variations in the color, grain, pattern, texture, veining, or appearance of natural or manufactured materials.
  • Minor differences between photographs and the actual product caused by lighting, photography, screen settings, or normal manufacturing variation.
  • Products that cannot be reasonably identified or linked to a valid timvorian.com order.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, email support@timvorian.com and provide:

  • Your Timvorian order number.
  • The name or SKU of the affected product.
  • A clear description of the problem and when it began.
  • Clear photographs or videos showing the complete product and affected area.
  • Photographs of the packaging, shipping carton, shipping label, parts, or product label when relevant.
  • Any other information reasonably requested to evaluate the claim.

Please keep the product, affected parts, packaging, and related materials until the claim has been reviewed. Do not dispose of or return the product unless instructed to do so by Timvorian.

Warranty Evaluation

Timvorian may evaluate a warranty claim using the information, photographs, videos, order records, product specifications, and other documentation provided.

In some cases, we may request additional photographs, measurements, videos, troubleshooting steps, or the return of a component or product before confirming coverage and selecting an appropriate remedy.

Submitting a claim does not automatically mean that the issue is covered. Warranty coverage and the appropriate remedy are confirmed after evaluation.

Replacement Parts and Products

Replacement parts and products may differ slightly in color, grain, pattern, texture, or appearance because of material characteristics, production batches, or product updates.

A replacement part or product provided under this warranty does not restart or extend the original one-year warranty period, except where required by applicable law.

Relationship to Other Rights

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state or jurisdiction.

Nothing in this warranty excludes or limits any consumer right or implied warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
