Shipping & Delivery

We offer standard delivery on all products with free shipping. All orders will be processed within 2 working days, following the US holiday calendar.
Our logistics may require an adult signature upon delivery. By default, all shipments require an adult signature for receipt. If you prefer a delivery service without signature, please contact us in advance at support@timvorian.com and make a note with your order. Please note that if you request delivery without a signature and the package is lost, stolen, or misplaced as a result, we cannot assume responsibility.
Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, we consider the order complete. If you have any concerns or disputes regarding delivery, please contact us within 2 business days of the delivery status update.
Standard shipping will use UPS/FedEx Ground or other economic shipping service providers in the United States. The shipping time follows the carrier's service terms.
Our goal is to provide efficient and reliable shipping services for our customers' orders. This policy outlines the terms and conditions that govern our shipping practices. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

30-Day Returns

At Timvorian, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. Please review our comprehensive policy below.

1. Arrival & Inspection (Crucial)

  • Before Signing: Inspect the packaging for any visible damage. Ensure the model on the box matches your order confirmation.
  • Damage/Mismatch: If the product is incorrect or damaged, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
  • 2-Business-Day Claim Window: Please report any hidden damages with photos or videos within 2 business days of delivery. This allows us to file a claim and provide a free replacement promptly.

2. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day window from the date of delivery for returns:

  • Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Items: We provide a 100% free return (prepaid labels provided). Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Non-Defective Returns: For returns based on personal preference or another personal reason, the product must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging. The actual shipping costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the final refund.

3. Policy After 30 Days: Quality Commitment

  • Return Deadline: Once the 30-day window has expired, we no longer accept returns for refunds or exchanges for any reason.
  • Quality Guarantee: While the return window is closed, your protection continues! If any quality issues arise, we offer free replacements or professional warranty services. All new products purchased directly through timvorian.com include a one-year limited warranty beginning on the delivery date. Accessories are excluded from warranty coverage.

4. Refund Standards

Refunds are processed within 3 business days after our warehouse inspects the returned item:

  • Full Refund: For personal-reason returns, the item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. For credit cards, depending on your card issuer's policy, it may take up to 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

5. Custom Orders

  • 5-Hour Cancellation: Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, you may cancel your order for a full refund within 5 hours of placement.
  • Final Sale: Once the 5-hour window passes, the order enters production and cannot be canceled, modified, or returned.

Description

About This Product

Upgrade your home storage solution with this premium modern 6-drawer dresser crafted from solid acacia wood. Unlike conventional, monotonous solid wood dressers, each drawer front features exclusive dark resin craftsmanship, forming organic wavy visual layers paired with a dense natural wood grain and a warm natural luster to instantly elevate your interior decor. The cabinet body is pre-assembled prior to shipping to significantly reduce the on-site installation workload.

Features

  • Artistic natural-edge resin inlay craftsmanship: A distinctive wavy dark resin inlay on the drawer panels harmonizes with the rich, natural wood grain, creating an exclusive mid-century retro style that surpasses basic solid wood dressers and seamlessly integrates into farmhouse, vintage, and modern decors.

  • Premium solid wood construction and high-end texture: Crafted from dense, tight-grained solid acacia/red sandalwood, featuring a natural matte finish and inherent scratch resistance, ensuring a long lifespan and a warm, organic visual appeal.

  • High load capacity and large-capacity classified storage: The large top surface supports up to 120 lbs of static weight; six oversized drawers (29.45" W × 16.5" D × 8" H per drawer) each support a 40 lb load, allowing you to systematically sort clothing, shoes, accessories, and household items.

  • Pre-assembled cabinet and user-friendly concealed handles: The main cabinet arrives pre-assembled to save assembly time; integrated recessed handles eliminate protruding hardware to prevent bumps, offering a smooth, minimalist facade and safer daily use for families.

  • Stable mid-century style solid wood tapered legs: Angled solid wood tapered legs, paired with a reinforced bottom frame, reduce vibrations during frequent drawer opening; the classic retro leg silhouette complements mid-century interior aesthetics while reinforcing overall structural durability.
