Timvorian provides free standard shipping to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States.

Orders are fulfilled from an appropriate United States warehouse based on the product, actual inventory availability, and delivery destination. The fulfillment warehouse may vary by product and order.

Order Processing

After an order is placed and payment is successfully completed, the order is reviewed, allocated to an appropriate United States warehouse, and prepared for carrier pickup.

Orders are normally processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are generally delivered within approximately 7–10 business days after the order is placed. This estimate includes the normal 1–2 business-day order-processing period.

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Severe weather, carrier service disruptions, capacity constraints, peak-season demand, U.S. public holidays, address or delivery-access issues, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery progress.

When your order ships, we will send the available tracking information or delivery-coordination details to the contact information provided with your order.

You must contact Timvorian within 30 calendar days after delivery to request a return. All returns require prior written authorization before shipment.

For a return based on personal preference or another personal reason, the product must be unused, unassembled, unmodified, and complete with its original packaging, parts, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

If we confirm a manufacturing defect, delivery damage, missing part, or incorrect product, Timvorian will provide an approved resolution without charging the customer for the related replacement or approved return shipping.

After a return request is approved, we will provide written instructions and the correct United States warehouse return address for the order. The company registration address is not a return address.

After an authorized return reaches the designated warehouse, it will be inspected to confirm that it meets the applicable return requirements.

If the return passes inspection, Timvorian will initiate the refund to the original payment method within 1 business day after the inspection is completed. Shopify, your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may then require up to 10 business days to post the funds.

All new products purchased directly through timvorian.com include a one-year limited warranty beginning on the delivery date.

The warranty covers confirmed defects in materials or workmanship arising during normal residential or household use.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Misuse, neglect, or accidents.
• Improper assembly or disassembly.
• Unauthorized modification or repair.
• Transportation arranged independently by the customer.
• Failure to follow the supplied assembly, use, cleaning, or care instructions.
