We offer standard delivery on all products with free shipping. All orders will be processed within 2 working days, following the US holiday calendar.
Our logistics may require an adult signature upon delivery. By default, all shipments require an adult signature for receipt. If you prefer a delivery service without signature, please contact us in advance at support@timvorian.com and make a note with your order. Please note that if you request delivery without a signature and the package is lost, stolen, or misplaced as a result, we cannot assume responsibility.
Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, we consider the order complete. If you have any concerns or disputes regarding delivery, please contact us within 2 business days of the delivery status update.
Standard shipping will use UPS/FedEx Ground or other economic shipping service providers in the United States. The shipping time follows the carrier's service terms.

Shipping Methods and Time Frames

We offer standard shipping, which typically takes 7-10 business days to ship within the contiguous United States (the 48 adjoining states). Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method.
Processing Time: 1–2 business days
Shipping Time: 6-8 business days
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
We are not responsible for delays caused by extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all of our products.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be longer.

Order Cancellation

Time Limit: Customers can cancel their orders for free within 5 hours of order placement. If the order has been shipped and has a tracking status, a cancellation fee will be charged (the fee depends on the cost to intercept the order).
Refund: Please refer to our refund policy.
Notification: Customers can apply for order cancellation via email support@timvorian.com.

Address Change

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct:
Within 5 hours of order placement, you can modify your shipping address.
For address changes while in transit, we may charge a handling fee.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email that you can use to track the delivery status of your package. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship only to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States (the 48 adjoining states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any other U.S. territory, and we do not ship to any island addresses, including islands connected to the mainland by bridges or roads. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If an order is placed for an address we cannot deliver to, we will contact you and cancel the order with a full refund to the original payment method. We also reserve the right to cancel any orders that appear to be fraudulent or suspicious in nature.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the contiguous United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Damaged, Lost, or Unclaimed Packages

Upon receiving your package, please inspect the contents immediately. If you find any damage or shortages, please take photos and contact us within 2 business days so we can assist you.
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate the issue and provide a solution.
If a customer refuses delivery for personal reasons or fails to pick up the package in a timely manner, resulting in the package being returned to us, the customer is responsible for all associated return shipping and reshipping costs. Refusal due to confirmed delivery damage or an incorrect product is handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy, which provides free returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Please contact support@timvorian.com immediately if you refuse delivery because the product is damaged or incorrect.

If you need to return an item, please refer to our return policy for information on how to do so. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly.

This Limited Warranty reflects that commitment and supports the quality standards behind every piece we make.

Timvorian warrants that new products purchased directly from timvorian.com, excluding accessories, are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for one year, starting from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

Scope & Eligibility

Who is covered

This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original retail purchaser of the product purchased directly from timvorian.com.

What is covered

All new products purchased directly through timvorian.com include a one-year limited warranty. Accessories are excluded from warranty coverage.

What is not covered by this warranty

• Accessories.
• Products not purchased directly from timvorian.com.
• Products used in commercial, rental, hospitality, office, institutional, or other non-residential settings.
• Damage resulting from unauthorized modification, repair, or reassembly.

When coverage begins

Warranty coverage begins on the date the product is delivered to the original purchaser.

Warranty Period

Timvorian provides one year of limited warranty coverage on all new products purchased directly through timvorian.com, excluding accessories.

What This Warranty Covers

Subject to the exclusions below, this Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, including:

• Structural failures of frames, legs, or internal support structures
• Failure of spring or suspension systems not caused by abuse or overloading
• Abnormal cracking, peeling, blistering, or separation of finishes within the warranty period
• Mechanical component failures (drawer glides, hinges, motion parts, gas lift mechanisms) that prevent normal function

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

• Normal wear and tear
  Natural softening and compression of cushions; minor surface scratches, scuffs, and marks from everyday use; gradual changes in sheen or patina consistent with aging.
• Appearance changes from use or environment
  Fabric pilling, wrinkling, or stretching; fading or discoloration from sunlight or artificial light; natural color and grain variations in wood, stone, leather, or other natural materials.
• Accidental damage and misuse
  Stains, spills, burns, cuts, and soiling; pet scratching, chewing, or soiling; damage from improper cleaning products or methods; damage from abuse, neglect, improper assembly, standing or jumping on furniture, dragging, or overloading surfaces and drawers.
• Environmental and situational damage
  Warping, cracking, or splitting from extreme temperatures, humidity, or proximity to heat sources (radiators, fireplaces, HVAC vents); damage from prolonged direct sunlight exposure.
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  Damage from modifications, re-upholstery, or repairs carried out by non-authorized service providers; damage from disassembly, relocation, or reassembly not performed per Timvorian guidelines.
• Non-residential use
  Products used in commercial, rental, institutional, or hospitality settings unless covered by a separate written commercial warranty.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

1. Contact us
Email: support@timvorian.com with the subject line: Warranty Claim — [Order Number].

2. Provide the following

• Order number and proof of purchase
• Your name, contact information, and delivery address
• A clear description of the issue and when it was first noticed
• Photos and/or video showing the product overall and the specific defect

3. We evaluate
Timvorian may request additional information or an inspection to determine whether the reported issue is a manufacturing defect covered under this warranty. Timvorian's determination of warranty coverage is final.

4. We resolve
If a covered defect is confirmed, Timvorian will try our best to provide the best solutions.

• Remedy: Timvorian will provide replacement parts or a reasonably equivalent furniture item for any product defects. If the original item is unavailable, a substitute of comparable value and style will be provided. An identical replacement is not guaranteed.
• No Cash Refund: Cash refunds are not offered under this warranty.

Limitation of Liability

Timvorian's liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the furniture. Liability for incidental or consequential damages is excluded, where permitted by state law.
Proof of Purchase: Required for any exchange or warranty service.
Warranty Period for Replaced/Repaired Items: Any item repaired or replaced will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period only.
